with the special touch
The transparent WITAsmart soft touch is the new surface in our portfolio. With a velvety feel and an extremely matt optic, nearly free from reflection, is this a high-quality addition for furniture and interior fittings. This transparent material is particularly suitable for surface lamination and sheathing. WITAsmart soft touch mirrors the décor on melamine paper brilliantly.
The transparent acrylic resin lacquers on the transparent carrier film help to ensure that no whitening occurs during further processing. In addition, curing the lacquers with electron beam technology ensures a fully cross-linked surface and thus an extremely long life cycle.

Surface texture
The special feature of the WITAsmart soft touch surface is the composition of transparent PET films and transparent EBC lacquers. These coatings are applied to PET films using our manufacturing process and cured with electron beams.
What makes WITAtone soft touch so special is that the coating makes it particularly flexible and therefore the perfect surface for furniture and interior design.
